Trinity Administration
In the Trinity Administration web project, our goals were to: 1) unify the school's academic and service organizations, 2) promote frequently requested information such as the school directory and organizational charts, 3) create space to build out faculty and staff resources.
Function-focused navigation
We featured two levels of navigation, with service organizations at the top and academic organizations below the hero image. Frequently requested information lives above the search bar. We used a stacked home page presentation to create space for diversity/inclusion highlight, and collections of messages organized by purpose.
Fast Access to Policies
Policies are grouped in multiple ways: by the authoring office, by who is affected by the policy, alphabetically. This allows users to quickly find what they need. Additionally, we instituted a universal structure for policy/procedure documents so that users have a consistent experience.
